Medewerker van het jaar 2025: Johan Hitchcock

Hij is zeer betrokken bij de club en zorgt van nature voor verbinding met de klant. Hij begeleidt graag collega’s. Bouwt mee aan een team van Ditiosi en vertegenwoordigd Ditio bij de klant met opgeheven hoofd en een vrolijk en opgeruimd karaktar.

Binnen 2,5 jaar heeft hij zich opgewerkt tot een waardevol deel van het team DIM. Hij is een raadgever voor iedereen binnen het team. Vanaf het moment dat Johan naar Nederland is gekomen heeft hij grote impact binnen Ditio en op zijn projecten.

Johan, sinds wanneer ben jij een Ditiosi en wat doe je precies voor werk?

I started with Ditio in June 2023, however landed in the Netherlands September 2023.

My primary duties currently on the Porthos project entail enforcement of contractual obligations by the client, to the project, as well a applying quite a bit of focus on transitions within the organizations project structure.

Hoe kijk je terug op het afgelopen jaar bij Ditio? Wat waren jouw hoogtepunten?

The last year was filled with multiple challenges on the project, but regarding Ditio, I have really integrated into the Organization well, building priceless relationships with my colleagues.

Wat zie jij als jouw grootste prestatie bij Ditio?

My relationship with my peers & in addition to that, the team I have built on the Porthos project, as well as all the achievements to go hant-in-hand with that.

Waarom denk je dat jij tot medewerker van het jaar bent verkozen?

I suspect that it has quite a lot to do with the consistency I apply to ensure there is always an opening for a Ditiosi on the project.  I always attempt to represent Ditio in the highest possible light, conveying professionalism & high quality of work.

Welke eigenschappen zou een echte Ditiosi in jouw ogen moeten hebben?

l, integrity, post that, honesty, empathy, resilience & kindness

Waar kun/wil jij nog in groeien?

There is ALWAYS room for growth & development.  It’s one of my motto’s.  When you remain in a comfort zone, you will never grow.  I feel grow opportunities are available for me in all aspects of my professional career & personality.

Good health, more time with my family, successful business endeavors & a few more Ditiosi placements!
