Accelerating Project Values
At Ditio’s Bright Night on 19th April, Arjen Elderson, co-founder of Ditio spoke passionately about his big love…..Ditio. He challenged us to ‘find what you love in life and to love what you do’. In his opinion this is the only way to do great work. By believing in Ditio, we make the difference and contribute to our Brand Promise ‘Accelerating Project Values’. This means that we help our clients achieving their project goals! Ditio is output driven. We help clients realizing added value. We make results visible and tangible with KPI’s and Dashboards.
"Find what you love in life and to love what you do!"
To live our Brand Promise we need a very strong team. Not only the people at the headquarters in Rijswijk, or the recently installed Management Team, but especially you ‘Guys’ who work for our clients. You are our ambassadors! You live and breathe the Ditio Brand Promise. You accelerate the project values of our clients. This is why we together are the Project People!
Learning & Development
In order to achieve our goals, we need people who are happy in their jobs. People who like to learn and develop, and learn with and from each other. Therefore we developed a Learning & Development cycle to invest in you. Henk Brouwer, Chief Technology Officer, responsible for Learning & Development within Ditio explained this new initiative.
In this plan each Ditio Professional will have his or her own SPOC with whom the sessions will be held. A SPOC is a Single Point of Contact responsible for the Learning and Development of the professional. Within the new system Henk is responsible for the Learning and Development of the Business Consultants, William Gefferie, with the help of Kaz Baays for the Document Controllers, and Rick Ardts will fulfil this position (ad interim) for Project Controls Management and Planning. You will all be invited soon by them to have your first Learning & Development appointment, if this not already been done!
Ditio is knowledge and fun
In addition to the substantive presentations, there was room for fun and the awarding of the prize. Kaz Baay provided the only real Ditio Pub Quiz and Martina Klein received an iPad awarded by Monique van der Holst, for bringing in a new colleague.
