That is why on March 3, 2025 once again our Ditio Talent Program, a two-year program in which we work with our clients to build a new generation of specialists in the fields of Project Control Management (PCM) and Document & Information Management (DIM). Both Project Controllers and Document Controllers are crucial to managing risk, cost and quality within a project organization. They provide structure, transparency and efficiency, allowing companies to stay relevant. Unfortunately, we are seeing a decline in talented project and document controllers. Aging population and a shortage of new recruits are some of the causes. A worrying development. That is why we are taking matters into our own hands and starting the Ditio Talent Program again this year.

The Ditio Talent Program: solid foundation and personalized approach

Developing talent and directly add valueand aan projects of companies; that is our goal. During two years go learning and achievement go hand in hand. There is first of all a solid theoretical foundation is laid under the guidance of Ditio. Then the talents go into practice where they expand their knowledge and experience. Of course under the guidance of the company concerned and Ditio. During the program there is room for deepening or broadening. At the end of the Talent Program our talents have grown into independent Project or Document Controllers who are ready for the future.

The Program in a nutshell

Curious about the Ditio Talent Program and want to know more? A brief overview of the program:

1. Solid foundation

In the first month, we lay the groundwork. Our talents join Ditio and receive intensive training in Project Control Management (PCM) or Document & Information Management (DIM), depending on their focus. We combine professional knowledge with soft skills, such as communication and cooperation. This prepares them for the real world.

2. Get started immediately in a project environment

After the first month, our talents are seconded within a (project) organization to immediately put theory into practice. Of course, we jointly agree on what work is appropriate and what guidance is needed. This ensures that our talents contribute directly to projects.

3. Personal development and mentoring

During the program, we stay closely involved. Our professionals coach the trainees and monitor their development. Regular evaluations and feedback moments ensure that they grow. Not only in their knowledge, but also as professionals.

4. Flexibility in specialization

Halfway through the program, there is room for deepening or broadening. This may mean that a talent specializes in a particular aspect of PCM or DIM, or is trained more broadly to be flexibly employable.

5. Ready for the future

After two years, a talent has grown into an independent PCM or DIM professional. By mutual agreement, employment with the company can be decided upon, so that the investment made with us yields a full return.

We will also start new groups further into 2025 (subject to May and September).
