Talent Program

Talent can be developed, we strongly believe in that. You don't learn our trade at school, but in practice. We are happy to help you with that. You can work with us at all levels: from senior to junior. Are you starting out blank? Then we will train you within our own Ditio Academy to become, for example, Document Controller, Project Planner or Project Controller. Would you like to know more about our talent program? Starting your career with the Ditio Talent Program

The Ditio Talent Program offers a two-year intensive program focused on Document Information Management or Project Controls Management. During this period you will gradually grow from theoretical knowledge to practical experience. You will immediately apply your knowledge in practice at leading companies in sectors such as renewable energy, engineering and chemistry. During this two-year journey you will be trained to become an independent project professional, with the support and expertise of Ditio.

Our focus is both on personal growth and the acquisition of knowledge, always keeping in mind your happiness, enjoyment and success in your professional development. Together we work on Ditio's core values: working hard and smart, striving for growth and having fun in what you do.

Document & Information Management (DIM).

In the field of Document & Information Management (DIM), the management of information resources plays a crucial role. Think of (construction) drawings, permits, manuals, processes, procedures and data. Within Ditio's DIM group we ensure that all this information is up-to-date and available to the right people within the project team. By receiving, recording and distributing the data to the project team, we contribute to a smooth & successful execution of projects together with the project team. With the support of our clients and Ditio colleagues, you are jointly responsible for a sustainable future.

Project Controls Management (PCM).

Project Controls Management is all about deviating from a plan in an effective and controlled manner. As Project Control Professional you are responsible for the accurate registration, analysis and reporting of these deviations. Working closely with your project team, you will contribute to the successful outcome of projects and be jointly responsible for the sustainability of our planet. Integrated control of planning, time, costs and risks is at the core of our profession. With team support, you will always have access to the knowledge and guidance of your colleagues.

Onboarding

We'll tell you all about the company and the world we work in. You join lunches, drinks or events at the office, and get to know your colleagues. You can now call yourself a real Ditiosi. Welcome to the family!

Inhouse Training

We offer a variety of training programs in the areas of DIM and PCM. During these intensive programs you will be fully prepared to successfully start working for our clients. The trainings take place over a period of 4 to 6 weeks at our office in Rijswijk, where you will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to develop in your new role.

Development

Personal growth is important to us. To stimulate that, we offer various training courses for soft and hard skills. We even have our own digital learning environment in which we offer a wide range of training courses to develop yourself. What will you choose? We also organize a quarterly Talent Day to get together with all Talents.

The future

Dare to dream and keep growing. Who knows where you'll be in a few years or where you'll be sitting. After 2 years you finish the Talent Program and you are ready for any new project that comes your way.

ODC measurements

Your start at Ditio (and also the first L&D phase) is dominated by the Odin Development Compass (ODC measurement). By using this measurement and the subsequent coaching conversation, we map your unconscious drives, strengths and talents. This makes it clear to both you and us where your talents lie. Useful, because it often turns out that 35 percent of people do not make full use of their talents - a shame!
