Finding your place within Ditio
Because we have different specialties in different fields, there is always a position that suits you. If you have the drive to learn and develop yourself, together we will take care of the rest. Once you start working, you will be given a lot of responsibility and freedom. We'll pair you with a senior colleague and you'll get mileage in the field right away. You will quickly gain a lot of autonomy. After all, we love freedom and initiative. Following training, courses or education is always negotiable. We also regularly organize a Ditio Bright Night: knowledge sharing during an enjoyable evening.
Having a good time together is important to us. So every year we organize an extensive winter and summer drink with the whole team. We also have regular cooking evenings together in our semi-professional kitchen. With colleagues from all over the world, this is a real feast. We even have our own cookbook!
