With the start soon came the first customer and also the first Ditiosi employed.
We are Ditio!
Since 2011, we have been committed to projects within the public and private sectors. But with an eye for people. The knowledge and skills of our professionals and consultants are our capital. We realize this every day. And we are only too happy to share that capital with you.
Ditio is a people company
Our industry consists of a lot of numbers and jargon. We find it important not to lose sight of the human element. Working with Ditio is therefore not only efficient but also fun! This starts with our employees, whom we call Ditiosi. We take good care of each other, celebrate our successes and look for each other outside working hours.
We regularly hold knowledge sessions together to keep developing. But we also remain socially involved. For example, every year we receive The Class of the Brain Foundation and we sponsor the Dutch badminton champion. And did you know we even have our own loyalty program? The Ditcoin!

The history of Ditio
This is our journey, from our very beginning to now.
First own office in Rijswijk
First Ditio - meeting & permanent employment
The first Ditio meeting took place, which today is Bright Night. Also this year, the first Ditiosi received permanent employment.
Ditio Consultancy founded
In addition, the first employee of the year was elected in 2015 and the office was enlarged.
Managed Service Contract
in 2016, the first customer signs a Managed Service Contract
Relocation
In 2017 Ditio moved to the new office on Veraartlaan in Rijswijk. In addition, that year also saw the first Ditiosi with a 5-year anniversary. In other words, double celebration!
Entering Solar Panel Market
Ditio enters solar panel market with ISO certification contract
Ditio DMS
Ditio DMS is a reality, the first customer has started using it!
Ditio Academy
Ditio Academy is taking more shape by including training courses and online lecture nights to broaden the knowledge of the Ditiosi.
10th anniversary
Ditio celebrates 10 years and Rick becomes sole owner of Ditio
Anniversary celebration
After the Covid period and the 10th anniversary, it was finally time to celebrate 10 years of Ditio with a Summer Party with all Ditiosi and partners on Ditio's 11th anniversary.
1st Career Fair & Ambitio
For the first time Ditio was at the National Career Fair in Amsterdam. After this fair, the mascot Ambitio was born!
