Ditiosi speaking: Damian Molier

Damian, could you introduce yourself briefly?

My name is Damian and I work as a Junior Project Controller at Ditio. I have a background in event management and enthusiastically work on challenging projects in various sectors.

How did you end up at Ditio?

I joined Ditio because I was looking for an environment where I could combine my social skills and eagerness to learn with challenging, complex projects. The versatility of the projects and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients immediately attracted me. It also helped that my aunt previously worked at Ditio, so through her I came in contact with Ditio's nice managers.

What role do you fulfill at Ditio?

At Ditio, I work as a project manager/consultant. I am responsible for the coordination and management of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, where my focus is on ensuring quality, timely delivery and effectively managing teams.

What is the most fun project you've done at Ditio? 

One of the most interesting projects I worked on at Ditio was a construction project. It was great to see our ideas become reality. The challenge was mainly in the complexity and close cooperation with different parties, but the end result was something everyone can be proud of.

What does the Talent Program entail?

The Talent Program is an educational program in which you work on your personal and professional growth. You attend training courses, receive guidance from coaches and gain valuable practical experience within challenging projects.

Would you recommend the Talent Program track?

To be sure. You will develop yourself at a fast pace in a short time and build a strong network. It is a unique opportunity to give your career a solid boost.

What would you recommend to someone who wants to know more or is still unsure about the Talent Program? 

Above all, talk to someone who has already taken the course. That will give you a realistic picture and help you feel if it suits you. Do you have doubts? Then that is often a good sign that it challenges you. Just do it!

What is a memorable moment within your career at Ditio?

There are many memorable moments at Ditio, mainly because it is an employer where you are not a number, but really seen as a person. There are many motivating and helpful colleagues who you also see back at fun, organized parties and events. I loved the summer party of 2024! Everyone was nicely dressed up and the atmosphere was unforgettable.

How do you envision your future at Ditio?

In the future, I see myself continuing to grow within Ditio by taking on even more complex and impactful projects. I also want to continue to expand my knowledge and take on more responsibility within the organization, so that I can drive both my personal growth and that of the company.
