Ditiosi speaking: Daniela Reinders

What is it like to work at Ditio? That's what we ask our employees themselves. This time it is Daniela Reinders' turn. Daniela started at Ditio 5 years ago as Document Controller. She likes to talk about her experience at Ditio.

Daniela, can you briefly introduce yourself?

My name is Daniela Reinders and I live in Alkmaar with my son. I have been working as a Document Controller at Ditio for 5 years now. Outside of work I like to cook, but enjoying good food with family and friends is what I do best. I also like to see as much of the world as possible and play chess.

How did you end up at Ditio?

After years of working in the Retail industry, I was ready for a new challenge. A good friend (former colleague Ditio) introduced me to the world of Data & Information Management. After achieving a great result together for ISG, the 'Nimble' project (data center Middenmeer), I got a taste for it.

I was introduced to Ditio and after a nice conversation with Angela and Bob I was soon able to start as a Junior Document Controller in the steel industry.

What role do you fulfill at Ditio?

Ditio has a broad customer base in various industries and sectors. This has given me the opportunity to gain more and more experience and knowledge and grow in my role, now as a Medior Document Controller.

I am also involved in mentoring Junior Document Controllers.

What is the most fun project you've done at Ditio? 

I have had the opportunity to work at great companies such as Tata, Nvent, Van Leeuwen Sleufloze Technieken and TenneT, among others, where even friendships have been formed, Making a choice which one is the most fun? Tricky... The projects were very diverse and challenging, but ultimately the cooperation with your colleagues combined with the positive result gives the most satisfaction.

How do you envision your future at Ditio?

I haven't finished learning professionally. That is the great thing about Ditio, the opportunities to learn and grow within your own field, but also if you are ready for a new challenge, it is possible.

Ditiosi know each other by name and face. Training sessions and team outings are organized regularly, keeping the connection among colleagues strong. By helping each other where necessary, sharing knowledge, we as Ditio strive for even better results for our customers. We work hard and successes are celebrated together.

I am in a very nice place here, with a bright future together for sure.
