What is it like to work at Ditio? That's what we ask our employees themselves. This time it's Fatima Rehman's turn. Fatima started at Ditio in 2022 as Document Controller. She likes to talk about her experience at Ditio.

Fatima, can you introduce yourself briefly?

Hello, my name is Fatima Rehman. I live in The Hague and work as a Document Controller. In my free time I like to do fun things with my kids, go shopping and watch cozy series.

How did you end up at Ditio?

I ended up at Ditio through LinkedIn. After a few conversations with the team, I felt a strong click and was convinced that Ditio was the right place for my further career development. I have enjoyed working here ever since.

What role do you fulfill at Ditio?

At Ditio, I fulfill the role of Document Controller. In this role, I am responsible for managing and organizing documents within our system. My role includes checking documentation for completeness and accuracy, implementing document management procedures, and ensuring that all documents meet quality and compliance requirements. My job is to achieve efficient and structured document flow and ensure optimal accessibility and traceability of all important information. I work closely with team members, customers and other departments to ensure documentation is up-to-date and consistent. This role offers me the opportunity to further develop my organizational and analytical skills and make a valuable contribution to Ditio's projects and successes.

What is the most fun project you've done at Ditio? 

I worked on electrolyzer projects and am still involved in them. These were my first projects and I really like them.

What is a memorable moment within your career at Ditio?

These projects had their challenges, but the moment we successfully completed the last MRBs felt like a huge accomplishment.

How do you envision your future at Ditio?

I see my future at Ditio as an opportunity to continue to grow and contribute to the development of the company. I want to continue to expand my expertise, especially in the area of Document Controller and play an increasing role in leading complex projects. My goal is not only to improve my own skills, but also to contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and coaching where possible. I look forward to continuing to realize innovative solutions together with Ditio and help build on the continued successes of the company.
