From theory to practice: develop into a project professional
The Ditio Talent Program is designed for mbo, hbo and wo' ers (with or without work experience) and combines learning and working. As a result you not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also put it directly into practice at leading companies with projects in areas such as engineering, sustainable energy, government and chemistry. During an intensive 2-year program you will be trained to become an independent project professional and supported by Ditio's expertise and guidance.
Choose your specialization: document control or project control
Before or during the Ditio Talent Program, you choose one of two specializations:
Document control
Here, you will learn how to manage large amounts of project documentation in a structured and efficient way, so that everyone has the right information at the right time. This is crucial for the smooth running of complex projects.
Project control
As a project controller, you will be trained to monitor schedules, budgets and risks, and make a direct contribution to the successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
Both directions offer challenging, forward-looking careers in industries where smart processes and tight organization are essential for success.
