Purpose of the project

The goal of the project is to better align internal organizations and optimize documentation flows, focusing on electrolyzer projects.

Ditio's Expertise

Our Ditiosi support the electrolyzer projects from Ditio as document management specialists. Here they manage all incoming and outgoing documents. We ensure that the correct documentation with the correct revisions is sent to the customer or supplier on time. In addition, we monitor that all documents are complete and approved. Once this is the case, the Manufacturing Data Book (MRB) is compiled, bringing together all important production data. Our role is essential to the accuracy and timeliness of documentation within the project.

Challenges and solutions

As a company that has recently experienced significant growth, they face challenges such as aligning internal organizations and streamlining document management. In addition, they operate in a new and still undeveloped sector. Our document management team brings the knowledge and experience from previous projects, such as in the oil and gas industry, to structure the document flows within the client company.

Results

By leveraging our document management expertise, we helped streamline and improve documentation flows. This has led to more efficient collaboration between internal organizations and better structuring of documentation regarding electrolyzer projects.

What did we learn in this project?

During this project, we learned that a consistent approach to document management is essential. No mistakes should be made and the correct delivery of documents, such as Material Review Boards (MRBs), is key.
