Become a Document Controller at Ditio

Within Ditio, we offer Young Professionals a training program to become a Document Controller. Maybe you are wondering what the job entails or maybe you have heard of it before. Through an extensive learning program various components in the field of document management are addressed. This learning program consists of a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience inside and outside projects. You will learn how to handle the usability, findability and manageability of all information and documentation in a system.

Since 2011 we have been passionately committed to projects within the public and private sector. We do this from our expertises Project Controls Management and Document and Information Management. Our professionals are deployed at several companies and share their knowledge here, with the goal that these companies can continue to focus on their core business. Working at Ditio means that you can expect a challenging and impactful position in an organization that is developing rapidly. You will work in a 'knowledge club' with around 80 enthusiastic colleagues and an open working atmosphere. From Ditio you will work on projects for our clients. There is plenty of room for your own input and personal development. You follow various training programs at our Ditio Academy.

What do you bring

Organizations often have an ideal candidate in mind. From our perspective, it is important that the candidate is highly motivated. Our candidate brings the following:

• Working and thinking level at mbo level 4 or hbo;

• Some knowledge of Microsoft 365;

• Excellent communication skills;

• You can work both independently and as part of a team;

• Good command of English and Dutch language;
