As Junior Project Controller you will carry the Ditio core values of 'working hard and smart, wanting to grow and having fun' to both colleagues and clients. It is precisely these values that make our professionals and consultants 'Ditiosi' and determine the success of our people.

As a Junior Project Controller at Ditio you will learn how to monitor budget and schedule within a project. As a mainstay of the project leader, we are going to teach you to be able to realize Progress, Cost and Risk Management for a project in addition to the work of setting up a concrete project schedule. Thus, you will soon know how to find solutions to estimate future situations and problems and the project will ultimately be completed according to the highest quality requirements.

What are you all going to learn?

- Prepare and adjust the overall project schedule of one or more projects in planning applications, such as Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6.

- Monitoring the budget and making financial planning to provide insights to the project manager regarding finances.

- Maintaining financial records.

- Monitor and drive that appropriate data and information is provided in a timely manner for progress and impact analysis.

- Proactive communication of project status and translation of project schedule into steering information for the project team.

- Prepare progress reports and overviews that allow you to report on project progress at various levels.

- Identify potential planning risks, opportunities and bottlenecks and advise on possible planning solutions.

- Proactively consider improvements around the planning process.

Of course, you are not going to do this all by yourself. We will make sure that you are well guided in your learning process.

Is this you?

You are someone who likes to work in a precise and structured manner, you are critical, proactive, enjoy working together and enjoy working as part of a team to come up with solutions to achieve project goals. You like to learn and think in terms of challenges rather than problems.

In addition, you include:

- A completed college education;

- 0 to 3 years of work experience;

- Interest in engineering;

- Command of the Dutch and English languages.
